We offer standard shipping across the United Kingdom, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over £75, while smaller orders incur a flat rate of £4.95.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Duck Barn Interiors ships exclusively within the UK and Ireland. We are looking into expanding our international delivery options in the near future.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products, but accidents can happen. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
